It all started back in the 1880's when Jodie Goldsworthy's great grandfather, Benjamin Robinson was mining for gold at Beechworth during Australia's heady gold rush days. After not finding any gold in the Victorian gold fields Benjamin soon realised there was a better living to be made in liquid gold (honey).
Jodie and Steven Goldsworthy today represent a fourth generation of beekeepers and in 1993 created the brand Beechworth Honey. This Australian company has grown to become one of Australia's 'icon' honey brands.
